Susan has over 30 years of leadership experience with UNDP, GIZ, World Vision, and other international organizations, where she has worked at the intersection of good governance, program budgeting, gender equality, and community participation and development. Her expertise spans from designing institutional frameworks to strengthening local resilience in post-conflict and climate-vulnerable contexts.

She leads the company’s portfolio on institutional capacity-building, governance frameworks, and community resilience, ensuring that policies, projects, and financing mechanisms are translated into tangible benefits for communities, people and ecosystems.
